Paper Submission

  • The paper must be based on new research, and neither the paper nor any part of it should have been published or submitted to other conferences or journals.
  • Submitted papers must adhere to the Code of Ethics provided on the conference website. For more information, please refer to the Code Of Ethics page ‌.
  • Papers must be formatted according to the standard paper template. The standard templates are as follows.
  • Farsi papers are acceptable up to six pages (with a maximum of eight pages, subject to an additional fee for each extra page).
  • English papers are acceptable up to five pages (with a maximum of seven pages, subject to an additional fee for each extra page).
  • After preparing your paper according to the standard template, please access the paper submission system at this link . Note that if you do not have an account, you must first register in the EasyChair system and then submit your paper through the above link.
  • After submitting each paper, you will be assigned a paper ID. Upon receiving the paper ID, you must proceed to pay the review fee. Therefore, please pay the review fee through payment page and enter your paper ID. It is important to note that papers for which the review fee has not been paid will be removed from the review system.
  • After the notification of paper acceptance, the procedure for submitting the camera-ready version and registering for the conference will be provided. It is worth mentioning that the review fee for accepted papers will be deducted from the total registration fee. For more information on the registration costs, please refer to the this link ‌.
