Steps for Submitting a Workshop Proposal at the 29 th International Computer Conference, Computer Society of Iran

You are invited to participate in the 29 th International Computer Conference, Computer Society of Iran, which will be held on February 5-6, 2025, at Sharif University of Technology, by organizing a workshop. As part of the conference program, the organizing committee welcomes engaging and informative workshop proposals that aim to enhance both the scientific knowledge and practical experience of participants. The benefits of organizing a workshop include connecting with a diverse audience from academia and industry, sharing expertise and innovations in an interactive setting, and networking with other experts in the field. To submit a workshop proposal, please complete the form available at this link and send it via email to info@csicc2025.csi.org.ir by no later than December 20, 2024. The subject of the email should be "Workshop Proposal."

Workshop Proposal Guidelines:

  1. Workshop Title
    • Provide a concise and engaging title for your workshop.
  2. Abstract
    • Write a brief description (150-250 words) outlining the content, objectives, and relevance of the workshop.
  3. Target Audience
    • Specify who will benefit from the workshop (e.g., students, professionals, researchers) and any prerequisites or prior knowledge required.
  4. Format and Duration
    • Indicate the preferred format (e.g., hands-on, lecture-based, group activities) and specify that the workshop should be designed to be completed within one day.
  5. Materials and Equipment
    • List any materials or equipment you will need, or specify what will be provided.
  6. Presenter Information
    • Include the names, titles, and brief bios of the presenters.
  7. Financial Details
    • Outline the financial aspects, including the cost for applicants and the total cost to hold the workshop.
  8. Objectives and Benefits
    • Clearly state the objectives of the workshop, the benefits for participants, and the target audience scope.
